Donor Spotlight: Bob Goodwin ’72
We want to take this time to say THANK YOU to Bob Goodwin ’72 for his continued support of Phi Phi Club of Alpha Chi Rho over the years. We recently caught up with Bob and asked him about where life has taken him, Alpha Chi Rho memories, and what Phi Phi Club means to him today. Here’s what he had to say.
Why have you remained so dedicated to Alpha Chi Rho?
“Pass it forward” is not just a cliche. Phi Phi provided a warm, small community in the midst of a large impersonal campus in a busy Philadelphia.
How has being in Alpha Chi Rho changed your life?
AXP was my first true “sibling” experience. As an only child whose only previous peer experiences overnight were less than ideal summer camps, I got to live brotherhood with forty young men with similar values, how to share and other virtues needed to become a mature person
